Welcome to Living Free Therapy Services, PLLC. You've likely stopped by on your journey to becoming a better you. Here are just a few effective strategies that I have been using lately to take back control over my thoughts and feelings and ultimately be a better me: 1. Deep Breathing - Taking the time to notice the breath that gives me life.
2. Me Time - Taking care of myself so that I can be present for others.
3. Get Moving - Getting out side, take a walk, run, or try something new like Yoga, Dance or a new sport!
